Hosted in the San Rafael Hills of Pasadena, Pilates in the Park Volume I welcomed a diverse group of women—including entrepreneurs, nurses, estheticians, and business owners—for a morning of wellness, reflection, and connection. The experience featured a wellness cocktail hour, goal-setting exercises, and an intimate mat Pilates class led by a three-time certified instructor from Hot 8 Yoga.
