No. Luxury Pro Academy is private, advanced education, not a state board health & safety program. 
Our philosophy enhances your artistry and concentrates on career development but does not replace cosmetology licensing requirements.

We are, however, partnered with local cosmetology programs and can guide you to your end goal.
